Target Return

The offering is open to accredited U.S. investors, who earn a targeted preferred return of 3% per year in the form of a quarterly dividend. Investors also earn an additional 25% of the net distributable cash, up to a maximum return of 8% per year, because we want our success to be your success.

Transparent Redemptions

The minimum investment in the fund is $10,000. Investments are subject to a one year lock-up period, which means investments may not be redeemed within the first year. After the first anniversary, investors will have the option to redeem during semi-annual redemption windows. No more than 25% of total portfolio assets under management (“AUM”) will be redeemed in any one calendar year.

The investments may be made by U.S. citizens and entities either directly, through a company or through a self-directed IRA account.
